3 HOURS OF INDIVIDUAL MENTOR COACHING

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

  • 3 hours of one-to-one sessions

    • Competency 1: Demonstrates Ethical Practice

10 HOURS OF INDIVIDUAL MENTOR COACHING

  • Analysis of positive and negative coaching evidence of ICF Core Competencies
  • Independent Work completed by Mentee. Pick one from list below.
    • ICF Core Competency researched by Mentee and presented to Mentor Coach
    • Self-assessment of a Coaching session completed by Mentee and read-out provided to Mentor Coach (template to be provided by Mentor Coach)
