A Message from Valerie

Empathy meets structure. Insight meets action. Humor meets healing. Working with me is equal parts grounded and encouraging. There’s room for grief and growth, gentleness and momentum.

Clients tell me they feel relieved after our sessions—like they can finally exhale.

In our work together, you can expect:

  • A non-judgmental space to say what’s really on your mind
  • Customized tools and approaches that match your life
  • Clear structure and next steps without pressure or perfection
  • Humor and hope (because healing doesn’t have to be heavy)

Deep respect for who you are and what you’ve already accomplished and survived

Whether we’re working through personal challenges, navigating chronic illness, or exploring what’s next in your life or career—I’ll meet you where you are and walk with you toward what’s possible.

Coaching with me isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you remember that you already have what you need—and giving you the space and support to use it.

I don’t give advice or one-size-fits-all solutions. I don’t believe in shame-driven motivation. And I definitely don’t believe that you have to “get it all right” to move forward.

What I do believe in:

  • Your capacity to grow—even when life feels uncertain
  • Your right to define success for yourself
  • The wisdom of slowing down so the real insight can rise
  • The courage it takes to ask for help
  • The power of small, steady steps

This Is Your Next Chapter…And you don’t have to write it alone. If something inside you is whispering, “It’s time”…listen.

Let’s talk. Let’s explore what’s possible—not just in theory, but in real, meaningful steps that make sense for you.

You’ve already done the hardest part: showing up. I’ll meet you here—and we’ll go from there. Take our Coaching Readiness Quiz to determine what type of support is right for you at this stage of your journey.
