For Medical Professionals, Therapists, and Advocates

Partnering Together to Support the Whole Patient

As a certified coach living with chronic illness, I understand firsthand the physical, emotional, and identity-based shifts that long-term conditions bring. While medical care focuses on diagnosing and treating the body, coaching creates space for what happens in between: grief, resilience, purpose, and possibility.

Many of the individuals I support have excellent providers, but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or alone. Coaching offers a supportive bridge between appointments, a safe space to process change, and a forward-focused approach to building a meaningful life with chronic illness.

I work alongside, not instead of, your care.

Coaching is not therapy or medical care. It doesn’t replace what you offer; it enhances it.
My work helps your patients:

  • Navigate the emotional rollercoaster of chronic illness
  • Rebuild identity after loss or diagnosis
  • Develop self-advocacy and boundaries
  • Explore hope and purpose in a changed life
  • Set personal goals they feel equipped to pursue

Whether you’re a physician, nurse, therapist, or community advocate, I welcome the opportunity to collaborate. Together, we can make sure your patients feel supported—not just medically, but mentally, emotionally, and personally.

If you’re a provider and would like to:

  • Refer a patient/client to chronic illness coaching
  • Understand how coaching may support your care model
  • Invite me to speak at a workshop or event
  • Explore co-created resources for your patient population

Please reach out. I’d love to connect.

Let me know how I can support you—and your patients.
